Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Sagar Motors Sector-138 Noida's Finest

"They make us sit for hours for even general servicing, like I gave my car around 11:25 AM and got my car by 4 PM that too without proper cleaning and washing although they charge Rs. 800 for cleaning and washing but still they deliver such kind of poor service which is clearly not acceptable and frustrating for customers. "Sagar Motors, Sec 138, Noida is a better service centre compare to others Tata motors service agency (in my opinion) because they are (especially Mr Kuldeep Yadav, Service Advisor) very responsive and provided quick initiative. No sound is coming out from Herman infotainment system (Nexon XZ Plus) from last 15-20 days… I have visited Greater Noida as well as Arya Motors, Sec 52, Gurugram Tata authorised service centre but problems not resolved. Mr Kuldeep Yadav (Service Advisor, Sec 138) has taken quick and responsive initiative on 07-01-2026 and talked with Herman guy and Silver box was changed on 08-01-2026 (taken less than 24 hrs to resolve the issues). Very spacious service centre compare to all Noida centre… must visit… all staffs are polite and responsive as per my above mentioned experiences."

"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service experience at the Tata Motors service center during the 5th scheduled service (30,000 KM) of my vehicle.This has been a very poor experience. The primary focus at the service center appeared to be generating revenue rather than addressing customer needs. My vehicle did not have any major issues, yet I was initially given an estimate of ₹22,850 + GST, which is extremely high and contradicts Tata Motors’ claim of low-cost maintenance."
